From Exit 75 (formerly Exit 12)  of Maine Turnpike:
	Take a left and follow Route 4 north approximately 6.0 miles. Once you are on Center Street, you will go through 2 sets of lights. At your first set of lights you will see Cumberland Farms gas station on your right. At the second set of lights you will see the Potvin Mall on your left and Goodwill on your right. As you pass the second set of lights, on your right, you will see Pep Boys, Napa Auto Parts and Burger King. Yoga Center of Maine is located on the left side of the street in the Harvard Mall, directly across the street from Burger King. If you pass Dunkin Donuts (on your left) you have gone too far. Get into the center turning lane as you begin to pass the Harvard Mall. The entrance is at the far end of the mall just before Verizon. Drive behind the mall and park at the far end of the building, where First Choice Video was formerly located. From the North:
	Follow Route 4, south to Auburn. After your sixth set of lights look for Dunkin Donuts on your right. After Dunkin Donuts is Verizon. After Verizon take your next immediate right into the Harvard Mall. Drive behind the mall and park at the far end of the building, where First Choice Video was formerly located. If you drive past Pep Boys (on  your left) or through a 7th set of lights, you have gone too far.

From the Brunswick/Lisbon Area:

Follow route 196 west to Lewiston. Route 196 will turn into Lisbon Road and then Lisbon Street. Once into Lewiston, you will pass Exit 80 (formerly exit 13) turnpike entrance. After the turnpike entrance you will go through 3 sets of lights. At your 3rd set of lights you will turn right onto East Ave. Follow East Ave through 4 sets of lights. At your 4th set of lights get into the left lane and prepare to turn left onto Russell Street. Follow Russell Street through 2 sets of lights. At your 2nd set of lights get into the left lane and prepare to go over the Veteran's Bridge. You will be heading toward Route 4 or Center Street. As you cross the bridge stay in your left lane but prepare to exit to your right (Route 4/Center Street). At the end of the ramp there are 4 turning lanes, 2 that turn left and 2 that turn right. You will want to turn left in the direction of Route 4 South. At your next set of lights get into the right lane. Look for Dunkin Donuts which will be on your right. After Dunkin Donuts will be Verizon. After Verizon, turn right and drive behind the Harvard Mall. We are located at the far end of the mall where First Choice Video was formerly located.

From the Augusta Area:

Follow Route 202 south into Lewiston. At your second set of lights you will turn right onto the Veteran's Bridge. You will be heading toward Route 4 or Center Street. As you cross the bridge stay in your left lane but prepare to exit to your right (Route 4/Center Street). At the end of the ramp there are 4 turning lanes, 2 that turn left and 2 that turn right. You will want to turn left in the direction of Route 4 South. At your next set of lights get into the right lane. Look for Dunkin Donuts which will be on your right. After Dunkin Donuts will be Verizon. After Verizon, turn right and drive behind the Harvard Mall. We are located at the far end of the mall where First Choice Video was formerly located.
